Quan & Phil, who founded Ronin Sushi and Bar in Daytona Beach, Florida , was introduced to premium sake through their sushi restaurant business. They acquired the various tastes and types of sake, so they started Quanny sake shop to help introduce others to this fine alcoholic beverage. They are still learning and would welcome others to help them learn more about sake.
